A student-led real estate investment platform
The University of Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund βREFβ, is a 40-person MBA and BBA cohort, pursuing limited partner investments in core-plus and value-add, multifamily, hospitality, industrial and office projects. The fund makes direct financial investments in stable, cash-flow-positive commercial real estate developments in the U.S. The fund invests only as a minority, limited liability, equity partner. The fund will make one or two individual investments annually, in the amounts of $25,000-$300,000 each.
