Since April 2016, the Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund (βREFβ) has allocated over $450,000 in limited partner capital across its portfolio, with additional investments in the pipeline. REF targets net portfolio-level IRRs of 8% to 12% over a 5 to 10-year hold period with a disproportionate share of the return derived from operating cash flow. Portfolio-level returns to date are on-par with REF target returns.
