Stephanie lachaud — Managing Director, Acquisitions

Stephanie is currently a second-year Full-Time MBA student at the Ross School of Business. Before attending Michigan, she earned a BS/BA in Civil Engineering & Architecture from Lehigh University. Stephanie began her professional journey as a technical interior architect, specializing in financial services clients. More recently, she has been working as a Business Transformation and Strategy Associate at AECOM. This summer, Stephanie gained experience as a Summer Development Associate at The Related Companies in West Palm Beach. She plans to pursue a career within the industry after graduation.

blake Shechtman — Managing Director, Acquisitions

Blake is a senior Sport Management student in the School of Kinesiology. Blake spent last summer working in Property Operations at Equity Residential. This summer, Blake gained experience as a Real Estate Asset Management Summer Analyst at Blackstone in their New York City office. He plans to return to New York post-graduation and continue to work within the industry. 

Ali weinberg — Managing Director, asset management

Ali is a senior BBA in the Ross School of Business and is also pursuing a Real Estate Development minor through the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. Ali spent last summer working at Olive Tree Ventures, a digital health venture capital firm in Tel Aviv, IL. This summer, Ali gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS working in the Real Estate Lodging and Leisure (RELL) group in their New York City office. She plans to return to New York post-graduation and continue to work within the industry.

 
 

courtney conrad — Managing Director, asset management

Courtney is a senior BBA in the Ross School of Business and is also pursuing a minor in Energy Science and Policy. Courtney spent last summer working in Corporate Finance at Eaton Corporation. This summer, she gained experience as a Real Estate Asset Management Summer Analyst at Blackstone in their New York City office. She plans to return to New York post-graduation and continue to work within the industry.
